Approach and tools
Our team development approach begins with objective diagnostics (interviews and team survey questionnaires) to identify the key issues and develop a recommended team alignment approach and process to address them over time. This is followed by a combination of facilitated one-on-one discussions, personality preference assessments, team discussions, process improvements (communication, meetings info sharing etc) and skills development or coaching where required.
A high-performance team assessment helps the team identify the team strengths and focus areas required to optimise trust, honest conversations, commitment, accountability and results. A series of individual trust building and team conversations on ways of working help to build these during the session and give tools to continue on a team development journey.
